Children under the age of 11 (or equivalent to Class 6) may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Use of the Platform

By using Socioholic, you agree to:

  • Not upload or share any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

  • Not interfere with the platform’s technical infrastructure or services.

All course materials, videos, notes, logos, graphics, and other content are the exclusive property of Socioholic or its licensed partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees for paid courses must be paid in full prior to access.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Refunds are only provided under specific course terms. In general, digital content is non-refundable unless clearly mentioned.

6. Certifications

Some courses may offer certificates upon successful completion. These certificates:

  • Are subject to completion of all required modules or assessments

  • Will be issued in the name associated with your account

  • May be withdrawn if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse platform content

  • Required by law or upon investigation of reported abuse

Upon termination, access to enrolled courses and materials may be revoked without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Socioholic aims to provide reliable, accurate, and helpful content. However:

  • We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all materials

  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or learning outcomes due to your use of the platform
